Is it good if I sleep on my side?

Yes: the butterfly wings make room for your shoulder and the central contour supports your neck. It has a low side and a high side: choose the one that keeps your head straight.

What if I sleep on my stomach?

It's designed for side and back sleepers. If you sleep on your stomach, a pillow with some height usually isn't a good fit: if that's your usual position, look for a lower one.

Is it firm or soft?
