Terms of service

These terms govern the sale of products through olaloom.com. By placing an order you accept these terms, so we recommend that you read them before buying.

2. Who can buy

To buy from Olaloom you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into contracts and have your order delivered to one of the countries we ship to (listed in the shipping policy). Orders are intended for end consumers; we don't accept orders for resale.

3. Products and information

We show the essential features of each product on its page. Photos are for guidance only and there may be small differences in color or finish due to your screen or the manufacturing process. The products on offer may change at any time.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros or, depending on the destination country, in your local currency, and include the taxes that apply to the sale. You are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you confirm your order, and each country's import taxes and duties are explained in the shipping policy. We may change our prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

If, because of a technical error, a product is shown at a clearly wrong price, we will let you know and you can either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. How to order

  1. Add the product to your cart and go to checkout.
  2. Enter your shipping and billing details and choose a payment method.
  3. Review the order summary, accept these terms and confirm your purchase.
  4. You receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. That email is your proof of the contract.

If you don't receive the confirmation, check your spam folder and email us at hola@olaloom.com.

6. Payment methods

You can pay with the cards and methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by secure payment providers over an encrypted connection; Olaloom does not store your full card details.

7. Availability and cancellation

If a product is not available after your order is confirmed, we will let you know as soon as possible and you can choose to wait, swap it for another product or cancel the order for a full refund. As long as your order has not left the warehouse, you can ask us to cancel it by emailing hola@olaloom.com.

8. Shipping and delivery

Countries, delivery times and costs are set out in the shipping policy. Unless it states a different time for your country, your order is delivered within a maximum of 30 calendar days from confirmation, in accordance with Article 109 of the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (consolidated text).

9. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. The conditions and procedure are set out in the returns and withdrawal policy, which forms part of these terms.

Orders of HappyFeet toe protectors placed up to October 25, 2026 keep the 30-day satisfaction guarantee they were bought with; its conditions are set out in the same returns policy.

10. Legal guarantee

All products come with the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Spanish consumer law. If the product does not conform to the contract, you can ask for it to be repaired or replaced and, where appropriate, for a price reduction or for the contract to be terminated. The costs needed to fix the lack of conformity are borne by us.

Electrical devices and batteries: electrical devices (such as Lumira massagers) and their batteries must not be thrown away with household waste. When you no longer use them, take them to a recycling centre or a separate collection point; the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol is a reminder.

11. Customer service and complaints

For any question or complaint, email us at hola@olaloom.com. We reply within 48 business hours and answer complaints within one month at the latest.

As a consumer, you can also contact the consumer authorities of your Spanish autonomous community or the relevant Consumer Arbitration Board. If you live in another European Union country, you can ask the European Consumer Centre in your country for free help; if you live outside the European Union, you can contact your country's consumer authorities.

12. Force majeure

We will not be liable for any failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, transport strikes or widespread supply or telecommunications failures.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer living in another country, this choice does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of your country of residence. In contracts with consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any clause is declared void, the rest will remain in force and will be interpreted as if that clause had never existed.
